Proposal to Fix the Treatment Rooms

I made this proposal in all ways, all images and information gathered and displayed. This played a part in reopening our hospital. Our current treatment rooms were not up to par and our new treatment rooms needed to be approved by the Depeatment of Public Health.

ECT Booklet

The ECT information booklet that we were passing out to the patients looked scary. The facility that actually performs ECT was quite shocked that we were even passing that out at all. They had a slightly newer handout but it was over photocopied full sheets of paper. I took thier information and even found the source and arranged a nice booklet. This other facility liked what I had done so much that they too have started using it.

Inpatient Chart

When I came into the position of Unit Secretary, the charts we were using were out of date and over photocopied. In many cases I had to recreate new documents from scratch because the only version that existed was a physical paper copy.
